Note: The text here is excerpted from the Rush49 User Agreement, and you should refer to that agreement for the definitions of various terms (i.e. "vouchers", "purchase value" and "account", among others).
Events are defined as occurring on a specified calendar date(s) as determined by the Merchant or Event Organizer.
Activities are defined as having no preset calendar date(s) and must be scheduled (independent of Rush49) directly with the merchant.
Events-related purchases are refunded only in the event of a cancellation or a change of dates. If a Merchant cancels an event, your purchase will be fully refunded. If an event is rescheduled by a Merchant, you will have the option to participate on the rescheduled date or request a full refund by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (877) 827 5017.
If You Purchase an Activity and are unable to schedule it with the Merchant, contact us within sixty (60) calendar days from time of purchase at email@example.com or call (877) 827 5017. We will do our best to resolve the problem and when that is not possible we will issue a full refund.
If you are unable to redeem a voucher prior to its expiration date; due to a refusal of the Merchant to honor it when you have followed the terms of the deal, a lack of the product or service offered, or their inability, for any reason, to deliver the Product or Service you purchased, you have the option to request a refund in the full amount of the Purchase Value. If requested within sixty (60) days from the time of purchase, the refund will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. After sixty (60) days, the purchase amount will be credited as "Rush49 Credit" to your Rush49 Account, which may be used as payment in lieu of currency for future Rush49 Voucher purchases.
Refunds may take up to five to ten (10) business days to process.
